Does the work actually ship software, or is it just a plan?
It ships. When the strategy is set, the same team that wrote it builds and deploys the first automation. The point is that something real runs at the end, not that a deck gets delivered.

Who will be on my team?

We price by milestone, and the price is fixed before we start. The industry default is time and materials, which bills you for the vendor’s own slow process and puts every overrun on your side. We invert that. The price holds, and overruns are ours.
What is Discovery, and why pay for it?
Discovery is a paid 2 to 6 week engagement that produces a milestone plan, prototypes, an architecture, and a guaranteed price for the build. A free scoping call gives you a sales proposal. Discovery gives you a contract-ready plan you can build from, with us or with anyone. Plan it right. Build it once.

What happens after launch? Are we locked in?
